The Amy Winehouse Band will perform at Dubai Opera on Thursday, 8 October 2026, presenting an emotional live celebration of Amy Winehouse’s music and artistic legacy. The concert marks 20 years since the release of Back to Black, the album that defined an era and established Winehouse as one of the most distinctive voices of her generation.
Led by Amy Winehouse’s longtime musical director, bassist and close friend Dale Davis, the performance brings together musicians who worked alongside the artist on stage and in the studio. The band will be fronted by a female vocalist personally selected by Davis, creating a direct musical connection to the original arrangements and the sound that defined Amy Winehouse’s career.
The programme will feature songs from Frank, Back to Black and Lioness: Hidden Treasures, including Rehab, Valerie, Back to Black, Love Is a Losing Game and Tears Dry on Their Own. The concert is designed not as an imitation, but as a respectful live celebration of Amy Winehouse’s timeless songbook.
The show begins at 8:00 PM and lasts approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, including an interval. Dubai Opera opens two hours before the performance, while auditorium doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets start from AED 300. Children under six are not permitted in the main auditorium; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and the Fan Pit Standing section is restricted to visitors aged 16 and above.
